Win Missouri Terms of Use

Win Missouri is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these additional terms.

Subscriptions

Campaign plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A plan renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Using voter data

Campaigns are responsible for having the right to use any voter list they load and for following election and privacy laws that apply to them. Use the app only for lawful campaign and civic outreach; don't use it to harass anyone.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is.” Map positions and voter data may contain errors; always use judgment at the door.
